Bullet Storm

You unleash a storm of spectral bullets, filling a 30-foot radius with a barrage of force energy. All creatures within the area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d12 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

On a critical hit, creatures struck are blinded until the end of their next turn, as the blinding flash of bullets overwhelms their senses.
