Instrument in hand, you play a magical song with debilitating notes. One creature of your choice within 60 feet of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be affected by one of the following effects of your choice for the duration. A creature automatically succeeds their saving throw if they are unable to hear.

Charmed. The target is charmed by you until the spell ends or until you or your companions do anything harmful to it. The charmed creature regards you as a friendly acquaintance.

Deafened. The target's senses are overwhelmed by the unnerving melody. The creature is unable to hear anything beyond the music of your spell and is considered deafened until the spell ends.

Fear. The target becomes frightened of you until the spell ends. It is unable to willingly move closer to you and has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks while it can see you.

Sleep. The target falls unconscious. It wakes up if it takes any damage or if another creature uses its action to shake the sleeper awake.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
