You target a creature within range and force magic to spontaneously warp reality around them. The target to resist the chaotic effects. On a failed save, roll a d10 to determine their fate:

d10 Roll Effect
1-3 A random item in their inventory permanently turns into a potato. If it was a weapon, it is now a throwable potato (1d4 bludgeoning damage).
4 ALL metal objects they own turn into potatoes for 1 minute before returning to normal. They panic the whole time.
5 A goose appears, aggressively honking. It will follow them forever and never stop.
6 Every time they speak, it echoes dramatically, making all conversations 100% more intense.
7 They spontaneously start glowing, ruining their rogue career and any hopes of stealth.
8 Gravity flips for 5 seconds—they float, freak out, then drop unceremoniously.
9 They lose the ability to blink, making their stare horribly unsettling for 1 hour.
10 A live chicken materializes in their arms, utterly bewildered. The chicken refuses to leave and will follow them for the next 24 hours. If they attack, the chicken yells in protest.
* - whenever you get targeted with a spell(for monsters whenever the dm wants too) ** - (A potato (if available, the spell is more likely to potato-ize objects). A feather (to increase chicken-related incidents). A tiny broken gear (to represent pure magical malfunction). A coin (which disappears mid-casting for no reason). A clump of hay (which doesn’t help at all but feels appropriate).)
