while concentrating on this spell you may apply one of these effects at a time you're able to change the effects of this spell as a bonus action

Speed. While concentrating on this effect your target's speed increases by 10ft however they take an extra 1d4 psychic damage when hit

Strength. while concentrating on this effect you swap out 10 ft of walking speed for proficiency with all weapons that use your strength modifier

Resistance. While concentration is on this effect you can decrease damage towards your target by 1d6 however your target has disadvantage on attack rolls while this is in effect

Fly. While concentration is on this effect you can lower the targets walking speed by 10ft and grant them 10ft of flying speed
