Blood Snow

A light dusting of snow covered in blood falls to the ground in a 20 foot sphere. All living creatures within the sphere has their movement speed cut in half as the blood within them starts to freeze. At the start of their turn they will take 3d6 Cold damage, 2d4 Necrotic and their movement speed is reduced by half again. As long as they remain in the sphere this will keep happening on their turn until their movement is reduced to 0. When this happens they are frozen and considered incapacitated.

The caster can dismiss the spell as a reaction.
