Card: Saber Card

Using your internal Mana, You pull the Saber Card out of the magical deck , 3 sabers appear around the target and deal 3d6 piercing if it hits damage. Uses 3 Card points.

Your max Card points are equal to your character level, and are fully restored on a long rest, but only restored by half of your max on a short rest.
