Three bolts of grey lightning meander toward three targets of your choice. Make a spell attack for each bolt. On a hit the target takes 4d8 Psychic damage, and is overcome with a sense of lethargy, and despair. The affected creatures are slowed until the beginning of your next turn.

Casting this spell using a higher level spell slot causes an additional bolt of lighting to meander out. You gain 1 additional bolt for every slot above 6th.
