Cloud of Mind Poison

A green gas shoots from your palm, darting forward, gradually slowing down, eventually stopping, and forming a cloud. If this gas is inhaled, the target has to make a Constitution saving throw. If they fail, the target is inflicted with fear and begins to hallucinate (roll 1D20 to determine severity). Out of fear and confusion, the target may attack: your party, their party, random objects, and random points in space. They might also confuse their limbs with evil serpents.
