At 5th, 11th and 17th level an additional arc splits off from the original target and strikes another creature of your choice within 20ft of the last target hit. The aditional target must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d10 lighting damage. If there aren't enough targets within range, the first target takes the leftover damage.
