Alfanz's Mob Rage

With emphatic gestures and commanding language, this spell starts a riot against a creature of your choice. Creatures within the affected area, other than those you designate otherwise, must make a Wisdom save. On a failed save, they will spend the duration making every possible effort to kill the creature that you designated, even at risk of their own lives. Creatures that do not understand at least one language are unaffected by this spell.

An affected creature can spend its actions in the following ways:

• Arming itself, if the creature was initially unarmed. A maximum of 1 minute can be spent gathering weapons, but this can be done at any point between the creature being initially affected by the spell and making its first attack against the chosen target.
• Trying to reach the chosen target. This must be done by the most expedient means, which may or may not be the most intelligent or safest. On the way to the target, the creature must use its actions to attack any creatures that try to prevent its passage to the target if it cannot otherwise get past said creatures.
• Once the creature reaches the target, it must spend all of its actions to attack the target. An affected creature is not able to cast spells.

This spell overrides all equal or lower level enchantment spells that are currently affecting a creature. However, if a creature is under the effects of this spell and is then affected by a lower level enchantment spell such as Confusion, it will be affected by the subsequent enchantment spell until its effects end according to that spell's rules. When the effects of the lower level spell wear off, the effects of Mob Rage will return, provided the duration of Mob Rage on the creature has not ended.

The spell's effects end on an affected creature if you damage it.

After the duration, affected creatures will be aware that they were charmed by you. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the radius of the sphere increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 5th.
