Boogie Woogie

You use a bonus action to clap your hands together, your hands must make physical contact and it must make a noise for the spell to work. After clapping your hands together, you target two other creatures or objects up to one size larger than you. One of the creatures may be you, and if this is the case the spell may be cast as a reaction only by using a leveled spell slot, any level has the same effect. You must know the exact location of the creatures or objects but do not need to see them, and they must be within 60ft of you.

The objects or creatures are then instantaneously teleported, swapping locations. Your orientation remains the same but your momentum's swap. 

Any creature that has never been affected by Boogie Woogie before is left disoriented by the sudden change and must readjust by making a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw or be Stunned until the end of their next turn. The affected creature must continue making saving throws until it rolls a successful one, where they never have to roll to readjust again.
