Take forceful control over the blood of a target within range. The target you choose must make a Con save or have their blood contorted to your will. When you cast this spell, and as an action afterward you can designate a direction or a physical action for the creature to follow, which it must make to the best of its ability. As a bonus action, you can contort the victim’s blood, causing an unavoidable 4d10 necrotic damage. This damage cannot be reduced in any way. On their turn an affected creature must make a Strength check or be unable to move; if they succeed, their movement is reduced by half. Affected creatures may make an additional Con save at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success. Creatures lacking blood, such as constructs, or certain undead, are immune to this spell.
At Higher Levels. Casting this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher allows you to target one additional creature per slot.
