Cataclysmic Echo

You summon a catastrophic echo of a realm’s final moment. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 10d10 damage and is blasted back 20 feet. On a success, it takes half damage and isn’t pushed.
