Weaken Defenses

You gesture toward a creature you can see within range and echo a quick chant, momentarily unraveling the integrity of its defenses. Choose one creature within range. It's Armor Class reduced by 1d4+1 until the start of it's next turn.

This reduction applies to all forms of AC (natural, worn, magical, etc.) but cannot reduce a creature’s AC below 10.
