You conjure a 5-foot-wide hole in a solid surface within range. The hole appears to lead to an endless dark tunnel. While casting the spell, choose any number of creatures that you can see. When you or a chosen creature enters the hole, you or the creature is instantly teleported to a cozy den. Other creatures that enter the hole are immediately turned around and forced to exit it. Any spell, effect, or object that enters the hole cannot reach the den unless you allow it.
The den is an extra-dimensional space that resembles an underground burrow and is large enough to accommodate you and ten other Medium or smaller creatures. The atmosphere inside the den is always comfortable and dry. Until the spell ends, you can command the interior to become dimly lit or dark. A 5-foot-wide porthole in the den shows you the area outside the hole and can be used to exit the space. You cannot cast spells or attack through this opening.
Subsequent castings of this spell do not end the first effect, and these holes become new entrances to the den created by your first casting of this spell. Any creatures still inside the den when the spell ends appear outside the den in an unoccupied space within 20 feet of the entrance to the den.
