Cocoon of Memory

You wrap a willing creature (or yourself) in layers of mental silk, shielding their mind. The target becomes immune to detect thoughts, scrying, and mind-reading effects. Additionally, they may choose to forget one memory for the duration. At the end, the memory returns suddenly (causing 2d4 psychic damage) or may remain forgotten permanently if the caster chooses.
