Harness the full powers of winter. Both terms are concentration terms, but on the first term you are able to be hit very easily. However on the second turn, you’ve already started to accumulate the freezing winds and ice and snow that swirls around you creating a cyclone. on the second turn enemies must roll a 15 or higher on a d20 for aiming if they’re using a arranged weapon, a d20 acrobatic check if they’re using melee, and a d20 for intelligence check if they are using spells of any sort.
After the two turns of concentrating in the spell is not broken by your third turn, you may do one of these 6 things:
1. roll 1d20 for 1 enemy
2. roll 1d12 for each enemy (max 2 enemies)
3. roll 1d10 for each enemy (max 3 enemies)
4. roll 1d8 for each enemy (max 4 enemies)
5. roll 1d6 for each enemy (max 5 enemies)
6. in A 10 x 10 radius you can roll a 1d20 to try to freeze enemies (it is harder the more enemies you’re trying to freeze) ex: 1 enemy roll 5 or higher, 2 enemies roll 10 or higher, etc (max enemies that can be frozen is 4)
