Baleful Resonance

Set off a lingering reverberation within a creature within range, ripping their very existence to shreds.

On a failed Constitution save:

• The target takes 4d8 Psychic damage, half on success.
• Gain the Spiteful Resonance condition. If already afflicted with Spiteful Resonance, the duration is refreshed.
• If the target is also afflicted with Spiteful Omen, Baleful Resonance chains to 1 other hostile creature within 10 feet and they also make a CON saving throw.

Spiteful Resonance: At the start of the next 2 turns make additional Constitution saving throws. On a failed saves take additional 4d4 Psychic damage, half on success.
