Chains of Sovereignty

You summon golden chains wreathed in divine fire that bind your foes to your will. Choose up to 3 creatures within range. Each must make a Strength saving throw or be restrained and charmed for the duration.

While restrained in this way, they:

• Take 3d6 fire damage at the start of each of their turns

• Cannot willingly attack you or cast spells targeting you

• Must attempt to obey simple verbal commands (as per the Command spell each round)

At the end of each of their turns, affected creatures can repeat the saving throw to end the effect.
