Bone Lice

Upon squishing the fly maggot on the target's skin, 12 spectral bone lice appear within the target's body. The target makes a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. Upon failing, the target takes 6 (1d12-1) piercing damage. On a success, half damage is taken. If the first save is failed, the target does another Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC plus your character level. On a failed save, the target takes 18 (2d20-6) acid or piercing damage (your choice). The target becomes miserably itchy all over its body if both saves are failed. The target has Disadvantage on Attack rolls and is forced, every turn, to waste their Bonus Action moving 10 feet in a random direction decided by 1d4 (1=north, 2=east, 3=south, 4=west). The target makes a DC 12 Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the condition on it on a success. If the target dies by this spell or dies while the condition is active, 12 bone lice erupt from the dead creature's body. The bone lice use the Slaad Tadpole stat block.
