You create a wall of nausea on a solid surface within range. You can make the wall up to 60 feet long, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick, or a ringed wall up to 20 feet in diameter, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick. The wall is opaque and lasts for the duration.

When the wall appears, each creature within its area must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, a creature becomes nauseated and must repeat the saving throw (DC 10) at the end of each of its turns. If, after the initial save. the character rolls a nat 1, s/he/it is incapacitated and vomits for the next round. After 2 successful saves, the nausea ends.

Condition: Nauseated

-a nauseated creature cannot take actions nor reactions

-a nauseated creature has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks

-a nauseated creature automatically fails all saving throws, except those to shake off the nausea.
