Weave Tap

Tap into the Weave and shift the Magic you have Prepared, you may choose a Prepared or Known Spell on your Spell list of a Level lower than you cast this Spell at, and change it with another Spell on your Spell List lower than the Level you Cast this Spell at.

Once you do this you Cannot Change the New Spell until you Complete a Long Rest.
