Blizzard

Creates a mighty blizzard around a target in range. The target must make a CON saving throw, or take 25d6 cold damage. Additionally, if the target fails a second CON saving throw in a row, they become 'Frozen'. 'Frozen' works the same as the petrification condition, but is ice, and is removed when taking fire damage.

At Higher Levels: When this spell is cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, it deals an additional 5d6 cold damage for each level above 5th.
