You cause a torrent of coldfire to erupt from a point you can see within range. Each creature in a 15-foot-radius, 30-foot-high cylinder must succeed a Constitution saving throw or take 6d8 cold damage, or half as much on a success. A creature that fails the save by 5 or more is stunned until the start of your next turn as they are temporarily frozen in place by the coldfire.

At higher levels
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, it deals an additional 1d8 cold damage for each spell level above 4th.
