Blood arts: transference

You cover a small straw doll with your blood, creating a small creature using your magic. Take 2d4 slashing damage that can not be reduced in any way. This creature can latch onto 1 ally within 5ft of you, however once it is attached the ally can move further then 5 ft away from you. 

While the doll is attached to an ally, the caster can telepathically communicate with the ally and can transfer any healing or beneficial effect that they receive to the ally ( no action required ). In addition, the caster always knows the location of the bloody doll.
