You make a melee spell attack to cast an evocation spell of 3rd level or lower at the same time you cast this spell. The target will have a symbol only visible to them and yourself permanently placed upon them.

When casted, you will put specific triggers for the spell placed on them to activate. You can say something such as, "When you meet someone you see as an ally, the spell will trigger.". The spell activated will also be centered on them, such as a spell with a radius effect like fireball.
