You release a surge of volatile energy though your hand into a creature you touch.  On a hit, roll 4d10+6, Then roll a d20 to see who suffers. 1-9 the the spell backfires and you take the damage instead. On a roll of 10-20 the target takes the damage as normal.

when you cast this spell increase the damage by 1d8 for each slot level above 3.
