Balisius' Scythe Of Dust

The war scythe used to cast this spell becomes infused with Balisius' deathly powers. The scythe gains a +6 bonus to attack and damage rolls, ignores resistance to slashing damage, and a creature brought to 0 hit points by its attacks turns to dust and cannot be restored by any magic short of a true resurrection or wish spell. Once, during the spell's duration, you can turn a normal hit landed by the scythe into a critical hit. 

If the scythe has any other magical properties, they are overridden during the spell's effect. If you attack with another weapon or cast a spell that includes a spell attack roll during this spell, the spell immediately ends.
