You force up to 5 targets to see intense visions of death, causing them to go into mental madness. This causes the target to be frightened 2 for 4 rounds and paralyzed from fear for 1 round, it also does 4d10 psychic damage. To activate this spell, you must say "you shall see death". The language must be understood by the target for the words to work.
