Awaken Anom

You force up to 10 target creatures to see Anom. When Anom is summoned, all plant life within a 50ft area of Anom rots and decays. Those creatures who are damned by Anom while see him appear behind you when you use the first action for this spell. This causes all targets to become frightened 3 until the spell ends. During the 2nd action, all necrotic damage is heightened, dealing double damage. During the 5th and final action, you can use Anoms Decaying Aura. This causes all targets to take 7d12 necrotic damage.
