Blink of Vengeance

When a creature deals damage to you, you can use your reaction to teleport to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of that creature, provided the creature is on the same plane of existence as you. You do not need to see the creature to teleport to it.

Immediately after teleporting, you can take the Attack action (only one attack). This attack is made with advantage, and if it hits, it deals an additional 1d6 force damage.
