Concealment

You touch a magical object/item creating a concealment layer above the layer of the items true effect. After the spell takes effect, the item will seem to be of the school of Abjuration, and if identified, it will have a short descrition, that the caster makes up.

If a person inspects a magical item under the effect of the spell, they must make an arcana check with a DC of 22. If failed; they do not see through the guise of the concealment. If succesful, they realize that the item is under the concealment effect, but will not be able to see the true effect of the item, without dispelling the concealment.
