Bind Monster

You cause vines to form around one creature within range. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or have the Restrained condition for the duration. As an action on its turn, the creature may attempt the save again, ending the Restrained condition on itself on a success.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 4.
