You can make a ranged spell attack against one creature within range, and on a hit that creature will take 10 fire damage, as a conjured paper bomb hits them. On a hit or a miss, all creatures within a 5 feet radius will take 1d6 fire damage, including the target.

For each level this spell is cast above 2nd, the radius damage will increase by 1d6.
