Azevult's Black Box

You imbue a small black box with arcane power linked to your own soul. The box disappears and can only reappear by triggering this spell. If you die while this spell is active, your body will completely disintegrate along with anything you are holding or wearing, and in its place the black box will appear. The box is immune to all damage and cannot be opened by conventional means. If a creature within 60 ft. of the box speaks the trigger phrase, the box will disintegrate and you will reappear in its place with 1 hit point and two levels of exhaustion.
