You create a 20-foot-radius sphere of tantalizing mist on a point within range that spreads around corners. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
When a creature enters the spell’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it enters a stupor for as long as it remains in the affected area. While in this stupor, the target’s speed cannot be greater than 10 feet, and it deals half damage on Weapon Attacks.
The mist is glittering, smells of comfort and serenity, and lightly obscures the area.
Creatures immune to being charmed are unaffected by this spell.
