The reincarnated creature makes any choices that a species’ description offers, and the creature recalls its former life. It retains the capabilities it had in its original form, except it loses the traits of its previous species and gains the traits of its new one. CURSE EFFECT (anyone brought back to life by this spell can be tracked for the next week by the caster no matter what plane of existence they are on the caster will know your location and current hitpoints due to the blend of souls during spell casting) effect can only be removed by a Wish Spell or the target of spell dies and is brought back to life by another.

Posted Jul 18, 2025so i made this as an alt for reincarnation to remove an human reincarnation i built this to be for the druids that hate humans so keep that in mind when using it for roleplaying purposes its meant to help remove humans from the world
