Magically instill life into a tiny inanimate object, like a rock, dagger, trinket, etc., magically giving it googly eyes. The eyes move around on their own, but beyond that, the object does not move, take any actions, or anything to that effect, but its presence can help you get through the day.
A creature holding the object can use a reaction to look into the googly eyes of the rock, and get a +1 bonus to any saving throw. You must decide to do this before rolling.
A creature holding the object can use an action to kiss the object right above the googly eyes (on their "forehead") to gain advantage on being frightened or charmed until the end of their next turn.
