Silvery streak flashes from you to a point you choose within range and then blossoms with a piercing roar into an explosion of cold and thunder that can be heard at a distance of up to 300 feet. Each creature in a 25-foot-radius, 30-foot-high Cylinder centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 5d6 cold + 3d6 thunder damage on a failed save and is deafened for up to 1d6 rounds, or half as much damage and not deafened on a successful one.

Explosion spreads around corners. A nonmagical object that isn't being worn or carried also takes the thunder damage if it's in the spell's area. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, one type of damage at your choice increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
