A circle of energy ripples out in a 60-foot- radius sphere from a point within range, the caster chooses if it is harmful or helpful. Each creature in the circle takes 8d6 force damage and receives one harmful effect or is healed by 4d4 and receives one helpful effect.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d6 and healing 1d4 for each slot level above 7th.
