You completely repair and restore a damaged object. Choose an object you can see within range. You must have at least a general understanding of what the object is in order to repair it, otherwise the spell fails. An object that can be contained in a 5-foot cube is completely repaired, with any missing pieces replaced, and restored to its original state and function. If the target object is larger than this, the spell will instead fix a damaged section that would fit within a 5-foot cube.

This spell can physically repair a magic item or construct, but the spell can't restore magic to such an object.
