Boost Thoughts (Nifrxe-gate)

You use your voice to boost the magic of an ally, at higher levels, you can do more. The boost gives the ally (or yourself if you choose) to have advantage on any magic abilities or spells. If the spell or ability requires a saving throw, then any creature using a saving throw against the ally(s) have disadvantage.
