Ashe's Instant Archery

You touch a willing creature with a free hand, and a ranged weapon made of force shimmers into it's grasp along with a quiver of suitable missiles. The ranged weapon takes the form of a shortbow, longbow, hand crossbow, light crossbow or heavy crossbow, and has the properties of the chosen weapon. The quiver contains 20 missiles suitable for the form of ranged weapon summoned.  

As an action, you can temporarily disapparate the weapon and it's quiver. They disappears into a pocket dimension where they awaits your summons. Alternatively, you can dismiss them forever. As an action while they are temporarily dismissed, you can cause them to reappear in the original target's free hand, or the original target's space if they current do not have a free hand.

You can't create more than one weapon with this spell at a time. If you cast this spell while a conjured weapon you've previously made with this spell exists, the old weapon is destoryed a a new one is made with a fresh quiver.
