You place down a beacon within 30 ft of you in an unoccupied space that you can see. When you place the beacon you choose either a sun beacon or a moon beacon. The beacon targets any enemies within 20 ft of it. Any enemy within range when the spell is cast or one who moves into the space on their turn must make a dexterity saving throw or be wrapped in glowing chains. Creatures trapped by the chains cannot use their movement to move any father from the beacon. A creature who saves against this spell takes half damage and receives none of the additional effects.
Sun Beacon - The sun beacon deals 4d8 fire damage and 4d8 radiant damage and blinds and alights enemies(additional 1d10 per turn)
Moon Beacon - The moon beacon deals 4d8 cold and 4d8 necrotic damage and halves movement speed, you heal half the damage dealt
A creature remakes the dexterity saving throw at the end of each of its turns
When cast using a higher level spell slot increase the radius by an additional 10 feet.
