You point your finger at the feet of your opponent as you make the gesture as if you are slipping and falling on a banana peel. You utter the words "arcane roller skates" which causes the roller skates to appear on the feet of the target. Until the spell ends the target's movement speed is reduced to zero, and if the person tries to move they are capable of moving their full movement speed. The moment they stop walking they will trip and fall in a random direction chosen by the DM taking 1d6 falling damage and are knocked prone. If The person is pushed without moving themselves they are forcibly moved the full distance of their movement speed and then fall prone. There is no saving throw to prevent this, but you can make a dexterity saving throw equal to the caster's modifier in order to avoid falling prone or taking damage. The spell stays active until dispelled or until the person falls at least once.
