The target must make an Intelligence saving throw, taking 3d10 psychic damage on a fail, and becoming stunned for the next minute. A creature stunned by this may repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success, but repeating the damage on a fail.

At higher levels. When cast with a spell slot of 7th level or higher, this spell deals an additional 1d10 damage for each level above 6th.
