You collapse a creature’s memories into a singularity. On a failed Wis save the target’s sense of recognition and alliance is obliterated. They forget who their allies are, lose their grasp on reality as we know it, becoming temporarily feral, perceiving every creature as a threat.
For the next three rounds of combat the creature is hostile to all creature, including former allies, pets, summoned creatures, etc.
At the end of each of their turns, the target may repeat the Wis save. On a success, they regain their senses and ends the spell early. If they fail all three of their Wis saves they take 6d10 psychic damage and this state becomes permanent.
This ancient arcane spell warps even the strongest, most fortified minds into maddened shells of their former selves.
