Anchor in Time

You place a temporal anchor on a willing creature or object. If that creature dies, is disintegrated, teleported to another plane, or otherwise removed from existence during the duration, they are instead restored to the exact condition they were in when the anchor was cast, reappearing in the same location (or the nearest safe one) after 1 round. This effect occurs only once.
