Collapse the Timeline

You fracture a thread of causality, pulling fragments of alternate timelines into the present. Choose a point within range. A 60-foot radius is pulled into a temporal storm of overlapping realities. While inside the area:

• Enemies reroll all successful attack rolls, saves, and ability checks, taking the lower result.
• You and your allies roll twice and choose either result on all such rolls.

Spells with ongoing durations in the area tick down twice as fast.
At the start of each of your turns, you may teleport to any point within the area as a free action
