Acidic Rain

A dark cloud is conjured at a spot you choose within 120 feet and starts to unleash a torrent of acid rain for 3 rounds that covers a 30-foot radius cylinder area. Each creature within range must make a Constitution saving throw or take 7d6 Acid damage, and half as much on a successful one. Any creature that is adequately sheltered from the rain does not take any damage. This rain corrodes non-magical armor and weapons, and if a creature remains within the rain for all 3 rounds, one random weapon or piece of armor corrodes completely, making it useless. The user can choose to move the cloud 30 feet in any direction as a bonus action.
